Title 1 Next cloud access provides 300 MB storage capacity per school per academic year. There is no limitation on the number of academic years of data stored within the system.
A district-wide Title 1 Next license accommodates an unlimited number of authorized users at the central office and school level. Expand the number of users without increasing the licensing costs!
Automatic alerts provide users with the exact information they need to stay compliant, including overdue documents, new requirements, approvals and signatures needed.
Title 1 Next can accept and work with all types of universal file formats including Microsoft Office documents, PDFs, and image files.
Dashboards and analytic reports provide central office administrators and school staff with real-time information to make informed decisions and allocate resources effectively.
Provides administrators the ability to create custom document workflows by enabling electronic signatures and approvals by multiple users across the district for each compliance requirement. Custom document workflows ensure the appropriate administrators verify the accuracy and completeness of the documentation submitted by school staff.
